Passdown is a shift log for security posts, property front desks, hotel night audit, cleaning crews and factory teams. The outgoing shift writes it down; the incoming shift confirms every item and signs off. Anything unfinished stays pinned until someone closes it.

How it works
- Log notes, tasks and incidents during your shift, or tap a quick log such as "Patrol done".
- Tap Hand Over. Your open items and checklist are collected for you.
- The next shift confirms each item and signs – on the same post phone or on their own phone.
- Export a PDF with timestamps, photos and both signatures for your client or supervisor.
